Malcolm John Taylor, mais conhecido como Malcolm McDowell - nascido em Leeds, a 13 de Junho de 1943) é um actor britânico.
Biografia
Provavelmente, o seu papel mais famoso foi o de Alex DeLarge em "Laranja Mecânica" ("A Clockwork Orange", 1971). Começou a sua vida profissional servindo bebidas no pub dos seus pais e depois como vendedor de café (este último trabalho serviu-lhe de inspiração para o filme "O Lucky Man!");
As aulas de interpretação constituíam um refúgio da sua existência proletária, sendo que finalmente conseguiu um trabalho fixo como extra na Royal Shakespeare Company.
Teve uma nomeação ao Globo de Ouro, na categoria de Melhor Actor - Drama, pela sua actuação em "Laranja Mecânica".
Como dublador, interpretou o personagem John Corbin, da série de desenho animado "Superman", o personagem Whistler, da série de desenho animado "Spider-man" (Homem aranha) e ainda ao personagem Zarm, do desenho do Capitão Planeta.
Malcolm também emprestou a sua voz para a narrativa do vídeo biográfico "The Complete Beatles", de 1982. Participou da dublagem de "Fallout 3" no papel do vilão da trama do jogo, o presidente do Enclave John Henry Eden, bem como, dublou o personagem Daedalus no jogo "God of War 3".
