Ruby Dee, também conhecida como Ruby Ann Wallace - nascida em Cleveland (Ohio), a 27 de Outubro de 1924, e falecida em New Rochelle (Nova Iorque), a 11 de Junho de 2014 - foi uma actriz norte-americana, conhecida por actuar em alguns filmes de Spike Lee, como "Não Dês Bronca" e "Febre da Selva".
Estreou-se no cinema em 1939, no filme "What a Guy". Foi casada com o também actor Ossie Davis. Em 2008, foi nomeada ao Óscar de Melhor Actriz Secundária pelo seu extraordinário desempenho no filme "American Gangster".
A actriz faleceu no dia 11 de Junho de 2014 na cidade de New Rochelle (Nova Iorque), aos 89 anos de idade.
