Derek Jarman (1942–1994)

Derek Jarman - nascido a 31 de Janeiro de 1942, em Northwood, e falecido a 19 de Fevereiro de 1994, em Londres - foi um cineasta, cenógrafo, artista argumentista britânico.

Na sua filmografia, destacam-se filmes como "Caravaggio", "Edward II" ("Edward II, The Last of England"), "The Tempest" (baseado na peça de Shakespeare) e colaborações audiovisuais com os grupos musicais Sex Pistols, The Smiths e Pet Shop Boys.
